Grass Fed Beef

Grass fed, grain finished beef.

We believe that great tasting beef is raised on grass and hay and finished the last few months with grain. This creates a well marbled product with great flavour. Our cattle are pastured in spring, summer and fall. During the winter months they are fed quality hay produced by us during the summer. Following Canadian standards, our beef has no hormones or antibiotics.  Our beef cuts are wrapped in brown paper to reduce the use of single use plastics.  If we don’t have a cut that you think we should add, let us know!
