We feel nothing can quite compare to heritage large black pork finished with seasonal produce – usually squash and apples. Our pigs are fed all garden and kitchen scraps as well as excess milk from our milk cow. They are also given lots of room to run and root and do piggy things! The pigs are also fed a conventional pig feed* to ensure they get all the proper nutrients they need for optimal health. All smoking is done locally at Bruni’s Fine Foods in Sault Ste. Marie, ON.
